This one hour free webinar will provide details about the program, including what to expect from the three year engagement and how to get started in your community. Past and current national learning collaborative participants will share their experience with the learning collaborative and how they are using the Baldrige-based Communities of Excellence Framework to collaboratively improve the performance of their communities. Join our staff, faculty, and invited guests in order to learn more and get your questions answered from the community leaders themselves.
